Pivot

Soccer players learn to do it (The good ones, that is). And so do ballet dancers. Pivot. Swivel, rotate, swing. And it turns out, it’s a key move for business survival, too! These have not been good times for advertising, although public relations, as well as social media, of course, are alive and well.  So, it was important to be nimble, and find other ways to support our clients. And that support can make us stretch into the direct sales domain! Yes, down in the trenches, putting to work with a smile product knowledge and key differentiators…It’s not easy. But at the end of the day (or at the end of the week), one look at Maria’s face tells a whole story. And it’s an exciting one.
