In a crowded marketplace and against competitors with much, much larger pockets, Inside Out positioned HarvardNet as the #1 provider of DSL for business. Billboards, “T”posters and mobile billboards were used for the splashy launch; lead generation included direct mail and collateral.

The company's niche are the travelers who've seen it all – or at least, have seen a lot – and are ready for something different. Inside Out Communication's work for Momo's Way included identity and positioning, a brochure to pique an interest, and a web site to answer questions.

Newsletters/Inside and Out
We do get asked whether Inside Out handles newsletters. Yes we do. Often and well!
Whether our clients need internal newsletters, customer communication tools or patient information vehicles; whether they require our help beginning to end, from naming the newsletter to managing its distribution, or they come to us for specific portions of the work, such as concept development or art direction …we’re ready. And we’re good. Some of the latest examples include three newsletters for Mount Auburn Hospital. Conversations is the communications vehicle from the Hospital’s Hoffman’s Breast Center; On Track gives practical information about men’s health and Connecting is addressed to the hospital’s financial supporters. The goal of the Milton CAT newsletter is to create a sense of community and belonging among the employees in a growing company that’s geographically spread across several states. The last example we include here Voice, provided the client, Catholic Charities, with a flexible format that would work well with their existing branding and allow them to produce their own newsletters as needed.
