Before starting my agency, 20 years ago, I was manager of member relations at a very successful credit union. I quit a great job to start my own agency, pushed by the same entrepreneurial instinct that made my mom leave her career as a school principal and start law school at age 40. My own private obsession was to connect the "inside" world-employees and staff- with the "outside," as a crucial pre-requisite to any marketing effort. Training was part of my responsibilities at the credit union and I had seen with my eyes and felt in my bones the huge difference it made when everyone "inside" the organization, from the receptionist and the phone operators to the branch personnel, understood why we were carrying on a particular promotion.
I absolutely love the strategic and creative side of my job, and I value being able to put my talent and energy to work contributing to employment and growth. I respect people who don't settle, don't give up, roll up their sleeves and believe.
