The “outside” portion of the project was exciting–attracting visitors to the website we had just created, and promoting a free test kit for their household wellwater. The operational side loomed like a nightmare, until we developed an online tool for the SolmeteX team to keep track of the tubes received, tests done, and results mailed. Easy- to- use, efficient, reliable. Ahh!
