We developed the concept, wrote the script and had creative and casting supervision for this video that Milton CAT had initially planned as an internal communications effort, but ended up showing to their customers and prospects as well.
The decision was to look straight and unflinchingly at the challenges their customers face and at the challenges they, in turn, pose to the Northeast and upstate New York CAT dealer. There’s nothing pretty and nice here; it’s a tough, competitive and continuously changing environment, and it takes commitment, resources and guts to respond to them.

The customer version of the video was mailed to customers, poly-bagged into an issue of Construction Equipment Guide, (CEG), and shown on http://www.constructionequipmentguide.com, where it received a 3% click rate in the first month.
