The Utility Contractors' Association of New England, Inc. (UCANE) is a 50 year-old trade association comprised of over 250 major contractors and associated business people who design, build, finance, insure, bond, and supply materials and equipment to the underground water and sewer construction industry.

We were flattered — and, challenged, also — when UCANE asked our client Milton CAT to contribute a series of maintenance and service-related articles to their publication. This is the latest one, focused on safety.
