Employee Communications

This was an interesting internal communications initiative for our client Milton CAT. Their HR department had worked long and hard developing a website where employees could easily access their personnel folders and review information such as their medical and dental insurance as well as their other benefits, vacation schedules, pay, reviews, etc.

It was important to present this project in a positive and upbeat way, emphasizing the convenience and confidentiality of the new service and attracting as many employees as possible to take advantage of www.MyMiltoncat.com versus calling the HR department  – within business hours, of course – and spending a long time on the phone waiting for help.

The mini campaign we developed included a direct mail piece, letter and wallet card, posters at employee cafeterias, a landing page and a mousepad. The results?  HR personnel is very pleased with the continuously growing number of Milton CAT employees who are taking advantage of this opportunity!
